Founded in 1946 by Lew and Jean Neill as a single-truck delivery service in the Chicago area, L. Neill Cartage Co., Inc. has grown into a full-service warehousing, distribution, and logistics provider serving customers throughout the Midwest.

In 1966, Neill expanded into public warehousing to better support the evolving needs of its customers. That growth ultimately led to the development of our 210,000-square-foot warehousing and distribution facility in Berkeley, Illinois, which has served as our headquarters since 1979. The facility is rail-served by the Union Pacific Railroad via Proviso Yard, providing strategic access to the greater Chicago transportation and rail network.

Over the decades, Neill has continued to expand its warehousing and logistics capabilities through additional public and contract warehouse operations. Our experience has included facilities and operations in West Chicago, Bensenville, Hodgkins, and Salt Lake City, allowing us to support a wide range of customer supply chain needs with flexible, scalable solutions.

Today, we remain a family-owned company focused on responsive service, operational reliability, and long-term customer relationships.
